The Palisades Fire Disaster Could Have Been Prevented

Reliving the day we lost our home over and over again hasn’t been easy.

It’s more than just sad – it’s painful, exhausting, and emotionally draining.

But I know this isn’t just my story.

It’s about shining a light on the families who need help and the problems that need real solutions.

The hardest part of losing everything isn’t the ashes; it’s knowing that it could have been saved – maybe even prevented – or at the very least, the damage could have been minimized.

That’s why I’m sharing my story – to keep shining a spotlight until the truth is transparent. Because the truth drives change.

This isn’t just about rebuilding homes.

It’s not just about rebuilding a community.

It’s about rebuilding trust – in the people and systems meant to protect us.

No, it won’t change what’s already happened.

But maybe, just maybe, it can help prevent something like this from happening again.

To everyone who’s reached out, shared our story, or simply sent us your prayers – thank you. Your support reminds us we’re not alone.

And to those who can help amplify this message – please do.

Together, we rise.

A special thank you to @drphil and @krisgutierreztv of @meritstreetmedia for helping share this important story.
